Purpose:
To outline the process for handling rate shop requests for prospective Parcel and Freight (LTL) orders, including associated costs and turnaround times.
Parcel Rate Shop Requests
Turnaround Time:
All parcel rate shop requests will have a 24-hour turnaround time from the time of request submission.
Associated Charges:
If the order is not shipped, you will be charged for:
Pick and Pack Fees: Based on the number of items and quantities handled.
Restocking Fee: Applied based on the volume and nature of the items processed.
If the order is shipped, it will be charged as a normally processed order according to standard rates and billing.
Freight (LTL) Rate Shop Requests
Turnaround Time:
All LTL rate shop requests will have a 48-hour turnaround time from the time of request submission.
Associated Charges:
If the order is not shipped, you will be charged for:
Hourly Staging Fee: $45 per hour for handling and staging the freight.
Restocking Fee: Applied based on the number of items and quantities handled.
If the order is shipped, it will be charged as a normally processed freight order according to standard rates and billing.
Implementation & Compliance:
All requests need to be emailed to support@fulfillmate.us.
An order needs to be created in extensiv, including any notes/special instructions
Any deviation from the outlined procedure requires prior approval from management.
